Located on a private hillside estate on the eastern coast of Corfu, this project is carefully embedded within the coastal landscape. The building massing was developed to balance framed sea views with privacy, weaving behind dense olive and cypress groves to remain largely invisible from neighbouring properties and the beach below.

The scheme replaces an existing tennis court, excavating into the hillside to reinstate the court at ground level while accommodating concealed underground parking and estate back-of-house functions. Local stone cladding and floor-to-ceiling glazing root the architecture in its context, maximising light and views across the Ionian Sea.

I worked on the drawing package, 3D model in Rhino, and the 3D animation, translating the design intent into coordinated technical and visual outputs.
