This commercial office project forms part of a major mixed-use urban development and comprises a six-storey building with flexible retail at ground and first floors and office accommodation above. The design draws on the area’s industrial heritage, reinterpreting warehouse typologies through a glazed and precast concrete façade that expresses the building’s highly engineered structure.
Each elevation responds to its specific urban context, addressing both the street and canal edges, while the structural strategy accommodates existing underground infrastructure running directly beneath the site. Integrated landscape design introduces greening at multiple levels, strengthening the connection between architecture and nature.
I was responsible for the façade package, coordinating closely with façade consultants, and led the BIM model, 3D Rhino model, and project animation to support design development and communication.
